Food was great! I love the atmosphere and the location within Calgary is really nice. Pro tip for spring 2025: Be careful while parking during construction of the mall beside it. No parking allowed out front and they ticket you. Even if others park there, mind the signs! You cannot park. Blue tickets were being handed out (I was staying at the hotel across the street) wonderful service. We had a nice time. Restaurant should remind patrons they can’t park out front at this time.

Haven’t been to JOEY in a while and I am very impressed! The food was absolutely phenomenal and was so fresh! We had the chicken Szechuan lettuce wraps, the Cobb salad and the Katsu chicken salad and I have to say each dish was very flavourful in its own unique way! The service was also amazing (shout out to Daisy - she was so sweet and we felt very welcome by her!) Overall great experience will definitely be dinning again!

Yesterday I made a reservation to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The host directed to our table and it was there a beautiful flower centrepiece with a sign saying Happy Birthday and 4 glass of kind of sparkling drink. The Chef Christian came to say Happy Birthday, when we finish our dinner, the chef expressed he has a surprise for the birthday girl. It as a gorgeous dessert platter. Andrea our server was amazing; she recognized us because we have been there several times and evertime the service and the food had been great, but this time we were amazed how they went beyond our expectations to make my friend’s birthday very special. Thanks Andrea y Christian and the other servers that brought our food for the awesome experience.

Wonderful food and amazing service. Came here for my birthday and Sam M was amazing, as was the lovely manager, Gabby. Will be coming back for sure. We had the hummus, miso mushrooms, and guacamole and it was all incredible! The birthday dessert was absolutely amazing and I eas so grateful for it. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Great place and wonderful staff!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always great! Reliably tasty, well-balanced meals with something for everyone. We had the hummus, the blackened chicken (always a favorite), and I tried the yellowfin tuna salad for the first time which was fresh and delicious. The tofu bowl was a solid vegetarian option too. Service is consistently excellent, and the outdoor seating is a nice bonus in summer. Highly recommend!

November 2024 My friends had such a good time at this location at Joey Eau Claire that when one of them wanted to hold a birthday party for 24 people she chose this location. It has plenty of room to hold large gatherings. Yet again the customer service from the staff was superb and the food tasted awesome. everyone had a great time. ___________________________________________ August 2024 Joey Eau Claire. Alex, Erica and Chanel or her name was Chantel, .... beyond excellent service from these ladies. I booked a table at this location and from the beginning of the night to the end, it was some of the best food service my friends and I had experienced. Long story short, we were able to get a table outside since it was still nice enough to sit outside and all guests there to eat were outside of course. The server we had was very knowledgeable and friendly. 3 people had a slight mix up with their order and the staff were all over it, making sure it was corrected and brought out correctly the second time. The food was cooked to perfection and tastes great. One of my friends who's a body builder, was delighted to be able to adjust her order from deep fried dish to a baked chicken dish so she could still enjoy the delicious food with us. Just amazing, superb service at this Joey location. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. Totally worth trying out.

First time back at this location in years, and we were so pleased with the top notch food, service, and atmosphere. Every dish was freshly made with the right balance of flavours. Loved the buttered steak and fries, ahi tuna salad, dumplings, sushi cones, and truffle fries. The margarita and rum & coke were refreshing, and each had their own unique twist. Service was impeccable!

Came here on a Sunday with a friend for Happy Hour and was super impressed by the food and service. We ordered 4 appetizers spearheaded by some 5 beers and some brownies at the end. We spent about 75 and thought it was an amazing value, we were both stuffed at the end. We had Parmesan Fries, Gyoza, Hummus, and Sliders. The Gyoza was crisp and beautifully presented. The sliders tasted juicy and were fantastic. The fries were nice and crisp. The real star was the hummus. It was, hands down, the best hummus I've ever had anywhere. Beautifully presented with crisp fried pita chips to die for. We were greatly warmly by staff and our server was attentive, warm, and friendly. Overall was a splendid experience. I'll definitely be back, thanks so much.
